The golden square

Picture
The fashion district of Milan.
One of the "most up-market shopping districts of the world"
-Tripadviser
Picture
Some local, high fashion, veterans spending an afternoon in their regular stomping ground. These ladies are on a mission to find the latest and most exclusive styles.
Picture
This could be the most boring store I've ever seen. Blue, white, and black cotton collared T-shirts anyone? Kudos to them somehow managing to pay the staggering rent with their simplified product.
Picture
Prada get's a lot of shit for being a brand
just for rich, soulless, beauties.
Picture
But! I do adore their men's shoes.
These look like something out of a video game.
Picture
And lastly, this caught my attention. Invisible giants painting the streets of Italy!

Best dressed-milan
Tourists vs locals

Picture
We went exploring Milan's stunning, Duomo Cathredral
and found some
wildly stylish tourists.
Picture
She may be bored
but there is nothing boring about her multi-patterned outfit.
Amen to power clashing!
Picture
These two perfectly matching a saturated pink and white.
I don't like looks that are overly thought out/coordinated.
But! paring  the white trainers with the long dress prove she
  is triumphantly Italian.
Perhaps from a different region than Milan.
So far 1 point tourists, 0 points locals
Picture
Now this couple takes the cake.
Two tough and buff Italian men rockin' the
 Louis Vuitton Baby Backpacks.
Manlier than a purse but still boldly adorable.

Locals-2 Tourists-1
The winner of MILAN'S BEST DRESSED FALL 2014
Goes to the LOCALS!!!!!
Despite their obsession with all having identical hair cuts....

CONGRATS MILAN, we don't like your obsessive matching, but we love how you daringly accessorize!

Observe and tune in next week when we explore Turkey's best dressed!

I missed my train back to Trento
so I hunted the maze like cobblestone streets of venice
hoping to find a hostel
or a hotel that wasn't ridiculous expensive.
 I was unsuccessful, but!
I did find the highest quality garments in the country!! Eeee!
Picture
I completely adore this.
I won't eat Mcdonalds but I eat these designs right up. Genius!
Picture
Moschino Stole my designs from 2012! The nerve!

I'm all over that faux fur.
Picture
Cute teacher inspired outfits. I can't get over this fabric!
Picture
Dolce and Gabbana embodies Italian smoldresses
(women who are so hot, they make you burn and melt)
I love to see that furs are still and thing
and that the chokers are finally resurfacing.
Picture
I wish they would have gone a bit more wild with this suit.
But the Italian black lace saves the day,
as Gucci across the street glares in jealousy.
