because I'm not an expert at convincing strangers they NEED to be on my blog...
SHORT SHORTS!
We love them. Keep it coming! 
Bitty pant leg lengths are especially necessary in the hyper humid heat that is Bangkok. Nomm still looks handsome and manly despite the large amount of exposed leg.
This is a style that is widely gaining momentum in California and across the globe.  

Trend: Black and white palats with pops of color

This had become increasingly predominant 
as Thai fashion looks to the west. 
Urban youth from San Francisco, LA and New York have the blasphemous habit of wearing only black or grey. 
But Asia (and Thailand specifically) have always loved expression through vivid dress. 
Nick name: New, balances these contrasting styles effortlessly. 
He is rocking a monochromatic hat, T-shirt and shoes while the rest of his ensemble looks like it's been plucked straight from a 1990's hip hop video. I love the Cartoon Camo and the Action-Figure Watch. I'm unsure what the "C" on his cap stands for, 
but it resembles a sports logo? 
Lastly!! New's Shirt leaves no mystery, If you cannot place this artist swaddled in american patriotism, the text below reads 
"ASAP ROCKY".  
So very cool. 

Trend: Artsy pastels

Aicha parades in their androgynous air. 
Her sea foam blue trousers have impressively power-tacky 
contrasting orange footwear floating across them. 
Her long sleeve white tee (how are you not boiling?!) has a lovely 
modern art cartoon of a man's face with water waving hair. 
I'm not the biggest fan of pairing a chunky silver bracelet with this look.
 I'd be down with a deep copper or maybe a white patina metal...
But her shoes! 
and Socks perfectly pastel completing this finely tuned look.   

We love the mismatched stripes, the optical illusion bag and the secretly death metal-head librarian shoes. 

I cannot get over this 3-D grid she has going on. She's like a geometric angel!

I'll close with some of the finely dressed men of Bangkok's Spring Fashion Week. These are some of Thailand's influentials

I love the crooked swooping hair and i LOOOVE this gentleman's spectacles and flowing locks!

These two are dressed like a pirate and a pilgrim. Rockin the buttoned down chest exposure and the high, almost turtle neck tight, collar. 
I applaud you!

I'm sneaking in a non-Bangkok bit! 
These are the contestants from Thailand's reality TV show, "The Face." 
A hilarious show where the models 
model to the death (compete) to find out 
who is the baddest of them all! This goes to show the beauty standard that Thailand upholds. And that is a strict one, these girls all slightly hold similarities while obviously they don't all look the same. Do they?

LOOK AT THAT BEAUTIFUL FACE!!!!!!!!!!!
After stalking her Facebook real quick, I found it odd that through all her triumph's and fame she still remains true to her western man. 
Sure he's an old, white guy, with a beard braid, But that doesn't matter!
 This goes to show that just because your the hottest model in the entire country, that don't mean you're shallow.
